A little birdy said the same thing last night at the NSCC open house. I guess House of Blues-ers are booking hotel rooms in town around sept 23.

Yep, September 23 is the date. Last weekend of AFF, which means most hotels in the time frame are already booked. As of yesterday, neither event security, fencing, or WTCC actually had confirmation and all still thought it was cancelled. Though I did hear that while it was “cancelled” the paperwork to cancel the show is not actually done. The Stones apparently are still under contract to perform… DTD of Montreal is the promoter. The site is almost for sure the Commons, I hear the only other site they seriously talked about was the Hill, which is too small.
